Grooper Attended Client

Grooper Attended Client provides a user interface for all Attended Activities. BatchView controls will be displayed in the current panel while processing. On the right is a viewer control for displaying specific batch pages in detail.

There are multiple ways that this application can be opened:

Child Controls

Control Type Description
Batch Multi View Hosts one or more Batch View controls. If more than one Batch View control is to be hosted, then each is added to a Tab Control, providing a user interface for switching between each.
Data Display Timer Displays statistics on a timer, typically while a background process is running.
Document Viewer Displays content based on the Rendition selected and distinguishes between paginated and non-paginated documents.

Toolbar Commands

Command Name Description
Close Task Close the current task without completing.
Complete Task Complete the current task.
Filter... Edit the current filter. Filters are used to limit the processing scope to specific Activities, Batch Processes, Steps, or Batches.
New Batch... Create a new batch.
Open Task... Process an individual task.
Start Start processing tasks using the current filter.
Stop Stop processing tasks. If a task is currently open, it will be closed without completion.

Processing / Settings... Alt+S Display the Attended Client options dialog.
Processing / Start F5 Start processing tasks using the current filter.
Processing / Stop Shift+F5 Stop processing tasks. If a task is currently open, it will be closed without completion.
Task / Close Task Close the current task without completing.
Task / Complete Task F9 Complete the current task.
Task / Open Task... Ctrl+O Process an individual task.
